No, not at this time. Scott's goal is to educate as many real estate agents as possible on the national stage about the transformative impacts of AI on the real estate industry.
Does Scott offer AI consulting?
Yes, however, brokerages and associations should consider hiring a Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to oversee their organization's vision. Scott can be hired to provide the insights organizations will need to implement an AI strategy.
Are there legal concerns with AI?
Yes, there are legal concerns to consider when using AI. Scott is not an attorney and recommends consulting legal counsel before implementing autonomous AI agents or tools into your real estate business.
Does Scott offer AI courses?
No, Scott does not offer AI courses at this time because artificial intelligence is advancing so rapidly that any course released today would become obsolete within weeks of release.
Will AI replace real estate agents?
It's possible, but not in the foreseeable future. The real threat will come from the real estate agents who adopt AI now and dominate their markets, rendering traditional agents obsolete.
Does Scott sell any AI tools?
Scott has developed a suite of AI tools for the real estate industry, now being tested in real-world environments. Once refined, they'll be released nationwide to empower agents.
