What if I've Never Used AI?
Don't worry! You don't have to be an expert to get started, but you have to get started to become an expert. My courses are designed for agents who are just getting started and want to learn how to use AI & Tech Tools in their real estate business.
I'm not a techie. Can I Do This?
Absolutely! After many years of training real estate agents, I've learned to simplify the process and make things easy to understand. If my 73-year-old mother, who's been a REALTOR® for nearly four decades, can do this, you can, too!
Can I hire you as a Speaker?
Yes! I love sharing everything about AI and Tech Tools with real estate agents nationwide. Based on my availability, I have two options: an online virtual presentation or an in-person presentation at your next real estate conference or event.
Do you offer Agent Coaching?
I do offer high-level coaching. However, this is the most expensive option you could choose, and I'm very selective about who I work with. I only work with real estate agents who are 100% committed to transforming their real estate business.
Can I hire you for AI Consulting?
Yes! Brokerages and Associations should consider hiring a Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to oversee their organization's AI strategy and vision. If they don't have a CAIO, I can help guide your company in the right direction.
Are there any Legal Concerns?
There are many things to consider when using AI in your real estate business. I recommend speaking to your attorney if you have legal concerns about using AI. I only provide insights and educational information on how to use AI.
Do you have Advanced Courses?
I do have advanced AI courses planned. After my presentation in Boston at NXT, I never expected the massive number of agent requests for AI courses from me. Since most agents are new to using AI, I'm building my base courses first.
Will AI Replace Agents?
I often get asked this question, and my answer is YES and NO. AI will enhance the real estate agents who adopt it and focus on building meaningful client relationships. It will eliminate those who don't, but that's how our industry works already!
